Scope and contact
This policy covers the current nuViteo website, its browser-based educational tools, the purchase workflow and support by email. nuViteo Labs is an independent digital scientific publishing platform based in Brazil. For privacy questions or requests, email nuviteo@gmail.com.
Browsing and hosting
When you request a page or download, infrastructure providers such as Cloudflare process technical information needed to deliver and protect the service. This can include IP address, requested URL, request time, browser or device information, and traffic or security information. Provider processing and retention depend on the services and settings in use.
Page requests and hosting information are separate from the local search and question-selection features below. The current application does not contain an advertising pixel or an analytics integration; this does not mean that hosting, payment providers or your browser process no technical data.
Local search, educational tools and browser storage
Evidence search filters the public catalog in your browser. The search tool does not submit the text you type to a nuViteo search server. Questions for Your Visit keeps selected interests and questions in the current page's memory; reloading resets those selections. The current tools do not save these search queries or question selections to an account, cookie, localStorage or sessionStorage.
The site uses functional session storage for navigation features such as restoring page scroll positions. This is distinct from saving your search or selected questions. Printing or saving a question sheet uses your browser and device; you control any resulting file or printed copy.
There is no account, Google/Apple login, medical-record service or saved-favorites system in this release. Fonts are served from this site's own asset paths.
Stripe-hosted payments
Payment details are entered on Stripe's hosted checkout, not into a nuViteo card-entry form. Stripe processes payment, fraud-prevention and transaction information under its own terms and privacy practices. nuViteo Labs can use purchase details available through Stripe, such as checkout email, amount, date and transaction reference, to handle orders, support, refunds and accounting.
The return URL can include a checkout session identifier. The page removes that parameter from the browser address after its script runs, but the original request may already have reached your browser or hosting infrastructure. Removing it is not a guarantee that every copy has been erased. The static return page does not verify payment.
Email support
When you email nuviteo@gmail.com, we receive your sender address, message and any attachments you choose to send. Gmail is provided by Google. We use this correspondence to answer your question, identify the relevant purchase and handle access, refund or privacy requests.
Send only what is needed. Do not email full card details, passwords or medical records. This mailbox is commercial and editorial support, not an emergency or confidential clinical-care service. We normally provide a first response within 1–2 business days.
Service providers and international processing
Hosting, email and payment providers process information as needed to provide their services. We may also retain or disclose necessary transaction information to meet applicable accounting or legal obligations, respond to lawful requests and address fraud or payment disputes.
Our operation is based in Brazil, and providers may process information in other countries. This release does not include a system for selling personal data or sharing it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Provider privacy policies describe their separate practices; the site does not control a provider's independent processing.
Retention and security
We retain support correspondence and purchase-related records only for purposes such as resolving the request, administering refunds, accounting, fraud prevention and applicable recordkeeping obligations. The appropriate period depends on the type of information and those obligations; there is no promise that a provider deletes all transaction records when a browser tab is closed.
We use HTTPS for site delivery and Stripe-hosted checkout for payment entry. No internet service is completely risk-free. Access to the PDF is not authenticated or access-controlled, and the PDF contains no purchaser-specific personalization in this release.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can contact nuviteo@gmail.com to ask about information related to you, request access or correction, or request deletion where applicable. We may need limited information to verify the request and identify the relevant record. We will not ask for your password or full payment-card details. Mandatory retention obligations can limit deletion, and information independently held by a provider may require a request to that provider.
Applicable privacy rights differ by jurisdiction. This policy does not assert that every CCPA provision applies to this operator or every visitor. Where applicable law grants access, deletion, correction, opt-out or other rights, requests will be handled subject to that law, without discriminatory treatment for exercising those rights.
The current application does not conduct cross-site behavioral advertising and has no separate application response to a browser Do Not Track signal. There is no sale or advertising-sharing mechanism in this release for Global Privacy Control to disable. This does not describe the independent behavior of Stripe, Google or browser extensions.
Audience and changes
The portal is intended for an adult audience seeking general educational information. It does not offer accounts for children or knowingly request children's personal information. If a child has sent information to support, a parent or guardian can contact us to request review.
We will publish material policy changes on this page with a new effective date. This is the initial public policy for this release. For questions about a change, use the support contact above.
