nuViteo Labs operates this website and publishes the Blueprint as an independent digital scientific publishing platform based in Brazil. These terms describe use of the portal and the digital publication offered here. Contact nuviteo@gmail.com for questions about a purchase or these terms.
Educational use
The portal, evidence cards, tools, articles, recipes and Blueprint are educational publications, not medical services. Using them does not establish a clinician–patient relationship or provide a diagnosis, prescription or individual treatment plan. Read the Medical & Educational Disclaimer alongside the limitations of each study.
Do not start, stop or adjust medication or treatment solely because of this content. A study average is not a forecast for an individual, and a general recipe or checklist is not a personalized nutrition or exercise prescription.
Your individual PDF license
A purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, read, keep a personal backup and print copies of the PDF for your own personal, non-commercial use. Copyright is not transferred.
Unless applicable law permits it or nuViteo Labs gives written permission, you may not resell the PDF, distribute copies to others, publish the complete file online or incorporate the publication into a commercial product. Rights to cited research and third-party material remain with their respective owners. A publicly reachable download address does not itself grant redistribution rights.
Purchase and digital delivery
Muscle & Weight Loss: A Scientific Blueprint is a 37-page PDF offered for $27 USD as a one-time purchase. There is no recurring subscription and no physical shipment. Review the final amount and any applicable taxes or currency-conversion terms in the Stripe-hosted checkout before paying.
After checkout, the download page lets you save the PDF to your device. You need an internet connection for the download and a compatible PDF reader. No automatic ebook email is configured. The download page and PDF are publicly reachable and not protected by a login or payment-verification system. Visiting that page does not prove a payment succeeded; refer to your Stripe receipt.
For download or file-opening problems, email support with your checkout email address, purchase date and transaction reference if available. Never send a full card number, card security code or sensitive medical records.
Refunds and cancellations
You may request a full refund within 14 days after purchase, even if the PDF has been downloaded. The Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the simple email process and the distinction between initiating a refund and your bank posting the credit. There is no subscription renewal to cancel.
Research scope and responsible use
Research summaries reflect selected sources, their populations, methods and limitations. Future research may change understanding. We do not guarantee weight loss, muscle gain or preservation, disease prevention or treatment success. The curated evidence collection does not constitute independent medical review or clinical validation of the Blueprint.
Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation or misrepresent our educational content as medical care. If you identify an error, send the page address and a description to support so it can be reviewed.
Changes and rights that remain yours
Updates to these terms are published with a revised effective date. They do not retroactively reduce the refund rights associated with an existing purchase. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Contacting support does not require you to waive a lawful payment dispute or other remedy.
