Make room for rest

Use the sleep journey to distinguish sleep opportunity, short experimental findings and unresolved questions. A regular wind-down routine can be a planning prompt, not a treatment or a promised calorie reduction. Persistent sleep problems belong in a clinical conversation.

How the estimates are built

For each nutrient, sum edible ingredient grams / 100 × the stated per-100-g value, then divide by two equal portions. All oil and edible ingredients are assumed retained; cooking losses, brand variation, bioavailability and pan residue are not modeled.
