14-day dedicated support guarantee
You may request a full refund for your Blueprint purchase within 14 days after the purchase date. The guarantee applies even if you have downloaded the PDF. You do not need to prove a medical outcome or provide a reason for dissatisfaction.
Dedicated support includes help with access and purchase questions. The guarantee label does not replace or narrow the 14-day refund right. Our support address remains available after that period, and mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
A simple email request
Email nuviteo@gmail.com within 14 days after purchase. Include the email address used at checkout, the purchase date, and your Stripe receipt or transaction reference if available. State that you would like a refund. If you cannot find the reference, explain the issue so we can help locate the purchase.
Do not include full card numbers, security codes, passwords or sensitive medical information. We normally provide a first response within 1–2 business days. The date you send the request determines whether it is within the guarantee period; our response time does not shorten your window.
Refund initiation is different from bank processing
After locating the eligible transaction, we promptly initiate the full refund through Stripe to the original payment method and confirm that action to you. The request is handled by our support team; sending an email does not trigger an automatic bank credit.
Your bank or card issuer controls when the credit appears. Card refunds commonly take approximately 5–10 business days after initiation, but timing can differ by payment method and institution. An early refund can appear as a reversal rather than a separate credit. If the refund does not appear or processing fails, contact us so we can help trace or resolve it.
Digital delivery and cancellation
This is a one-time digital PDF purchase, not a subscription. There is no recurring charge to cancel and no physical item to ship back. For a completed purchase you wish to cancel, use the refund process above. For a download or opening problem, support can help you access the purchased file or arrange an eligible refund.
Support and your payment rights
Please contact us so we can help resolve a problem directly. This invitation does not require you to waive statutory consumer rights, a lawful bank dispute or any other mandatory legal remedy. Nothing in this policy removes rights that applicable law gives you beyond this commercial guarantee.
